These terms are a working draft and must be reviewed by counsel before launch. By using trezella.com and placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Products

Trezella sells artificial, demi-fine jewellery. Product pages describe materials and finishes honestly; our pieces are plated over base metals and are not made of solid precious metals. Colours may vary slightly between screens and daylight.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in your regional currency at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders may be cancelled if we cannot reach you to confirm. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where stock or pricing errors occur; if we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Delivery and exchanges

Delivery estimates are set out on the Shipping & returns page and are not guarantees. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery as described there; we do not offer refunds. The delivery costs of an exchange are paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged or faulty. Wear from misuse, water damage and normal plating wear over time are not faults.

General

All content on this site — photography, copy and branding — belongs to Trezella and may not be reused without permission. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Nothing here affects the statutory consumer rights you have where you live. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, where Trezella is registered.
