This policy is a working draft and must be reviewed by counsel before launch. It describes how Trezella collects, uses and protects personal information.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect the details needed to serve you: name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment confirmation from our payment providers. We never see or store full card numbers. If you join our list, we store your email (and WhatsApp number, if you share it) with your consent.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and delivering your orders, including courier and COD confirmation calls.
• Customer support over email and WhatsApp.
• Marketing messages you have opted into — unsubscribe at any time.
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics to improve the store.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers who make the store run — payment gateways, couriers, and our hosting and analytics providers — and only what each needs. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; WhatsApp lists honour a simple “STOP”.
