Shipping & returns

Domestic shipping

Orders leave our workshop within 1 business day. Where we deliver domestically, parcels arrive in 2–4 business days in major cities and 3–6 business days elsewhere. Cash on delivery is offered in selected markets and appears at checkout when it is available at your address — we confirm every COD order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

International shipping

We ship worldwide with tracked couriers. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Any import duties or taxes levied by your country are the recipient’s responsibility — most of our parcels clear without charges, but rules vary by country.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on orders over €46. Below that, a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

7-day exchanges

Changed your mind, or the size is not right? You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

We offer exchanges, not refunds. The delivery for an exchange is paid by you, both ways — sending the piece back to us and shipping the replacement — and we confirm the cost before anything is sent.

How to start an exchange

• Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
• We share the return address, or arrange a courier pick-up at your cost.
• Your replacement ships as soon as the piece reaches us and passes inspection.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will exchange it and cover the delivery both ways.

Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
