Fulfilment Supervisor

You will run the day on the floor: shift planning, pick accuracy, carrier hand-offs and returns processing, plus the weekly numbers that tell us where orders are slipping. You will have a small team and a direct line to operations in Karachi.

You bring

• Experience supervising a fulfilment or warehouse team.
• A habit of measuring — pick rate, error rate, dispatch cut-off.
• Calm hands during peak and sale periods.
• Clear written handovers across time zones.
