Email & CRM Manager

You will own the email programme end to end: welcome and abandoned-basket flows, the weekly campaign, segmentation, and the deliverability work nobody notices until it breaks. We would rather send fewer emails people open than more that train them to ignore us.

You bring

• Hands-on experience with an ESP such as Klaviyo or Braze.
• Flow building, segmentation and A/B testing as routine work.
• Working knowledge of deliverability — SPF, DKIM, list hygiene.
• Respect for consent and unsubscribe, not just the law about it.
