Customer Care Associate, UK & EU

You will look after UK and European customers by email and chat: sizing, delivery, exchanges and care questions, plus the customs queries that come with shipping into the EU. You will be the person who makes a bad delivery day end well.

You bring

• E-commerce customer service experience in the UK or EU.
• Clear written English; a second European language is welcome.
• Patience with customs, duties and delivery exceptions.
• A home setup you can actually work from.
